Bennett graduated from Tulane University with a degree in liberal arts. He then studied cinematography at The New York Film Academy. Bennett directed a series of short films including TC3 which was accepted into various film festivals including The East Hampton, Woods Hole, Nantucket, Boston, and New York Film Festivals. For the past five years Bennett has worked as a professional screenwriter, credited as lead writer on Jackie Chan`s action/comedy The Medallion, a Sony Pictures release. Bennett Joshua Davlin first wrote Memory as a novel before adapting it into a screenplay with fellow producer Anthony Badalucco.
